I. Enrollment Procedures

  1. Visit www.falconbank.com

  2. Click on No Password? Enroll Now

  3. Click on Personal Enrollment Form or Commercial Enrollment Form

  4. Read Terms and Conditions and click on I Agree

  5. Fill out the Enrollment Request Form

  6. Click on Submit



After you have submitted the Enrollment Request form, one of our representatives will e-mail you a temporary user name and password. The system will prompt you to change your User ID and Password on your first log in.

II. First Time Login Instructions

  1. Visit www.falconbank.com

  2. First Time User Name is the Social Security or Tax ID # for the primary on the account

  3. Enter Password provided on e-mail

  4. Create New User Name (Must be a minimum of 6 characters with letters and numbers)

  5. Create Password (Must be a minimum of 6 characters, 5 letters and 1 number minimum)

  6. Create an Authentication Phrase

  7. Answer Security Questions

  8. Submit
