J.D and current member of the Texas Bar Required. Advanced proficiency with Windows PC navigations and software, including Excel and Word are required. Three to five years of litigation experience. It is also required to have experience in bankruptcy, collection litigation, foreclosure, suits on sworn accounts, deficiency suits and real estate transactions. Must be well organized, self-motivated and work well with people.
