In March, 2009, Phase I of the N.D. Hachar Industrial Park was completed and the plat recorded.  Phase I contains 7 lots in a range of sizes, which are all shown in a plat available for download below. 

In early 2009, we received final approval on development plans for Phase II of the N.D. Hachar Industrial Park from the City of Laredo.  Phase II will contain approximately 220 acres of land for industrial/commercial use, with a broad range of lot sizes to choose from.  The Phase II proposed layout is also available for download below, and shows the impressive expansion this new Phase will bring to the Hachar development.
