Congratulations to Rafael Villafuerte, from our IT Department, for being selected as Laredo's 2021 Banker of the Year. He was elected by Falcon co-workers from a group of 10 finalists. Rafael has been with Falcon for over 3 years and is always maintaining a positive attitude when performing his duties. Whenever a challenge arises, he is usually the first to volunteer and make himself available. Way to go, Rafa!
