Arnold Cisneros was recently appointed to Falcon Bank's Board of Directors. A veteran of banking, Cisneros brings with him over 25 years of banking experience to his new position.

"We are proud and honored that Arnold has accepted our invitation to become an integral member of our board. Arnold's expertise, knowledge, principals and vision will certainly be appreciated and utilized by our franchise," said Adolfo E. Gutierrez, CEO and Chairman of the Board.

From 1973 to 1977, Cisneros proudly served in the United States Air Force. Shortly after Cisneros attended Texas A&I University, Kingsville, Texas, now known as Texas A&M University-Kingsville where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Cisneros is a Certified Public Accountant certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

Cisneros is active in the community and is a past volunteer for Washington's Birthday Celebration, Jalapeno Festival, Border Fest, Streets of Laredo, United Way, and Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon. Cisneros is deeply involved with the Laredo Chamber of Commerce where he served as Chairman of their Executive Board from 2003-2004 and Chairman of the Cola Blanca Committee.
