Mobile Banking

I. Mobile Money Enrollment Procedures

  1. Log into your Falcon Online Banking account from www.falconbank.com
  2. Under service, select Falcon Mobile Money. Click 'Enroll'.
  3. Accept the 'Terms & Conditions' and Click Continue.
  4. Select Your Time Zone. (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)
  5. Select the accounts you would like to manage from your mobile phone.
  6. Enter a 'nickname' for each selected account. The nickname identifies the account in a text message.
  7. Enter YOUR mobile phone number.
  8. Select Desired Services - Select 'Text Messaging' to request balances and transaction history via SMS Text. Select 'Mobile Browser' to view accounts, use Bill Pay, transfer funds and search for ATMs.
  9. Activate Your Phone - an activation code will be sent to the specified mobile number via text message. Enter the provided code and click 'Activate'.Submit

Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled for Falcon's Mobile Money Service!

II. Text Messaging Mechanism

Add Falcon's Mobile Money phone number (659-58) to your contacts for quick access.

  • Text 'BAL' to get the current balances of your selected accounts.
  • Text 'HIST (nickname)' to receive history on account selected.
  • Text 'ATM (zip code)' for nearest ATM locations.

III. Mobile Browser Mechanism (mobile web access required)

From the text message recieved (shortly after submitting the activation code), follow the hyperlink which reads: http://fmm.mgbo.net/114915803/b/?d=rmjDHNycXC

  • The mobile banking website will appear on your phone screen. Bookmark this website or add a shortcut to your home screen.
