Raquel Barrientos from our Human Resources department was named Laredo's August Banker of the Month by her peers. She is a very sweet, friendly, helpful individual but professional above all. She always replies to email requests, telephone calls in a very friendly manner and explains thoroughly whatever it is employees are asking for. Way to go, Raquel!
